In Japan on May 27th. It's actually going to be published officially in France by Zen United, who have just published the console game in Europe - damn them for that atrocious cover (- I need alt cover fast).
Perhaps a US publisher will pick up rights for this PC version, if not, it's no big deal with the aid of language settings in Windows. Zen United (based here in the UK) have conformed there will be no UK release of the PC version.
