today i decided to start up COD4 and play a couple rounds of sabotage. 
 
but of course, the game doesn't let me. 
 
i click online play, and then when i press "find game" it's just stuck at DOWNLOADING GAME SETTINGS.... 
 
this has happened to me before..but then i just restarted the PS3 and it worked. eventually the PS3 just frose, and it frose when i went into Private game. 
 
uhh.. what the hell is going on? is anyone else having this problem, or is it a personal problem with my internet or something? i don't think it's my internet because i played a game in Resistance 2 and i browsed the PS store w/out problems earlier today.

I had that same problem a long time ago, I could never play the game for days at a time. Its not your internet because all my other games were fine and I even moved the PS3 right next my router so I had 100% connection and it never worked. I eventually traded it in and got the 360 version once I replaced my broken console I was fed up with never getting to play enough to repurchase the game.
