Regarding console gameplay:

I've heard a hell of a lot of talk from Robert Bowling about the new fully customizable private matches (which don't look all that customizable in the videos).

The question i have is. Are these now playable online in a matchmaking sort of way just unranked? They are pushing this selling point hard but i honestly can see it being useful to many people who only have say one or two CoD playing friends like me. However being able to make a custom GunGame and put it up there for others looking for something new to find and join me in sounds just dandy.

Any info on that out there?

In gamespeak, private = invites only, public = random people. On the bright side, even with just three people, you should still be able to enjoy some of the smaller maps in custom private games.
