Oh man, that's a great question. I love Mega Man, I love RE, I love Street Fighter, I love Bionic Commando... but I went with Ghouls 'n Ghosts, because I just love it SO much, and because nobody else is likely to pick it. The game has so much personality, a great art style, and a huge variety of environments. I also love the fast, precise gameplay and the satisfaction of beating a segment after trying for hours on end. I always found the games harder, yet more satisfying and addictive then Contra, another brutally difficult game. 

Mega hard choice but I went with Resident Evil. Mainly because I love the characters in that series. All of them. Especially Wesker. Also Resident Evil 4 is one of my favourite games of all time.

A close second would have been Street Fighter.

I had to choose Mega Man overall, but RE is a close second for me. I'm surprised that SF still doesn't have one vote(even though there have only been 5 votes so far).

God, I can't believe I have never played more then 5 minutes of a Resident Evil game, I guess i'm still scarred from Resi 1 when I was only 7.

I chose Resident Evil cause I played those ones the most, and really enjoyed them.  My fingers are crossed though for them to turn Zack and Wiki into a franchise (I know it won't happen though).

I really love Street Fighter and Ghouls and Goblins (and Ghosts and what have you), but I have to go with Resident Evil.  Mainly because of how much I adored RE4, and I'm way excited for RE5.

RE is starting to run away with it right now...I can't believe there's been one vote for Dino Crisis, but no votes for Bionic Commando (though I think it's a bit difficult to call it a franchise too).

Tough question. I opted for Street Fighter, but it was made extremely tough given my love of Megaman, RE and DMC. And Vampire Chronicles!!. (other)

As much as I love Street Fighter....the answer is Megaman for me.

Bionic Commando, it's the one I've played the most of BC:R is my favourite XBLA game.

I had to cast it in for DMC. Megaman was the close runner-up, and SF was behind that.

Man, Capcom is one of the most kick ass game companies out there.

I've never played DMC for some reason, and I haven't played Monster Hunter, though I've always been interested in it as a loot fest. I enjoyed the original Dino Crisis, but the sequels were nothing worth anyone's time (Dinosaurs in space? ick).
