The Collector Base is located at the Galactic Core.
The M-300 Claymore is a shotgun from Mass Effect 2. It is unlocked by choosing the shotgun upgrade on the Collector Ship.
The M-76 Revenant is an assault rifle from Mass Effect 2. It can be chosen on the Collector Ship.
The M-98 Widow is a sniper rifle from Mass Effect 2. It is unlocked if the player chooses the sniper rifle upgrade on the Collector Ship. It returns in Mass Effect 3 where it can be found on the Asari home world of Thessia.
No ship has ever returned from going through the Omega 4 Relay. The only known race to have ever gone back and forth through the relay is the Collectors. Some believe it leads to a black hole, while others believe there is an earth-like paradise on the other end.
