Is there any way to play Red Alert 2 online anymore, now that GameSpy is down? Does Origin have any sort of service for that?

If the game has LAN support then you should be able to play it through a service like Hamachi.

There's a community-operated server has been recently put up at http://cnc-online.net/. The people behind it claim that it "supports all 5 Command and Conquer titles affected by the GameSpy server shutdown", but it doesn't list Red Alert 2 among those 5. I don't know what to make of that.

There used to be a community RA2 server that players would use back in the day, though I can't remember what it was called or if it's still up.

You can still do manual connecitons (by IP) and simulate a LAN with something like Hamachi.

Any PC game affected by GameSpy that also features LAN (most of them) will be able to get online this way. Reminds me of early Quake :)
