These images might LOOK like hardcore animated porn, but they're not.  It's really just a video game, so that makes everything alright!  I just have to wonder how long it will be until someone uploads a couple hundred images from various games featuring Jenna Jameson.  You know, for "informative" purposes.

This discussion has been had a million times. The official rule is that nudity is allowed but only if its attached to a specific game. The sexy ladies thread was locked because it was becoming a nightmare to moderate, and wasn't related to video games. If we want to be a complete encyclopedia of video games these adult games have a place.

Maybe there can be a thing like the Off-Topic On/Off switch where it'll block all pages that have to do with adult games and it will be automatically blocked to anyone who is under 18 at sign up. I don't mind hentai games or images up on the site, but once people start uploading penetration and the real hardcore stuff I feel like some kid is gonna find it and then GiantBomb is going to be yelled at.

In our quest to have a full encyclopedia of games, we originally decided to allow h-games, but we currently lack the ability to put in some sort of warning step to say "HEY MAN THERE IS CARTOON PORN ON THE NEXT PAGE." That's my current favorite idea for this stuff, but I need to talk it over with the staff and decide what's the most feasible solution. I like the way YouTube handles this, with a profile-level flag that lets you bypass all warnings, if you so desire.
