The leader of Maverick, Boris is seen throughout the events of Metal Gear Rising and helps Raiden with the issues at hand.

A German scientist working as an adviser for Maverick. He is the one responsible for supplying Raiden with many of the items he needs.
Kevin Washington

A member of Maverick, he assist's Raiden during the events of Metal Gear Rising. Communicating with him though the Codec allows Raiden to learn new information pertaining to the current events.
Raiden

Raiden is one of the main characters in the Metal Gear series. He has gone from an Army XXI grunt, to a soldier whose abilities rival the legendary Solid Snake, to a cyborg ninja with superhuman capabilities.
