    On certain games, credits appear on screen near the start of the game while playing or while watching an introductory video.

    Making credits roll while you're playing the game is a way to make the credits feel more cinematic. In some games, such as Heavy Rain, the credits form part of the environment.

    Note that Ending Credits While Playing must not be mistaken for Interactive Credits, where the player can affect how the credits are presented, e.g. collecting or shooting names/letters etc.
