I seem to have hit a wall, there is no option to upgrade my divine sword any more than it is from the smith below the church near Sens Fortress. Is there another smith I have to go to?

I'm bumping this one up because I'm in the same boat. My Divine +5 isn't listed in either "Modify Equipment" or "Reinforce Weapon." I feel like I'm still fairly early in the game, so is there some threshold that you have to be at to get past a Divine +5?

You get the large divine ember from the tomb of giants first then bring it to andre of astoras and he will ascend the weapon for you
