    Dig Dug is by far my favorite arcade game, I love it so and it holds a special place in my heart. It however is pretty old and I admit it could use a nice update (not Dig Dug 2). Namco has done some sexy sexy work with Pacman Championship Edition, and Pacman CEDX to make one of their classic games awesome and relevant again. I think they should do it with Dig Dug too. Would any of you like to see something like that, or is Dig Dug just not on Pacman level?

    I can't quite picture how it would work as fluidly as Pac Man CE, but I still want to see it.  
     
    Same with a Burgertime CE.

    @lead_farmer: Maybe just on turns into other tunnels when guys are following you?  
    You could make a big chain and crush them with a rock, that sounds good. 
     
     
    It doesn't need to play like PMCEDX really but just the idea of bringing an old game back with a retro new thing going on.
