Last night I noticed that at some point in the game I'll be able to decide what to spec my warrior in (Berserker, Templar, etc). As of now I'm thinking to go the Berserker route, but I've made a few choices in the talent build I would not have made knowing this earlier. Is there a way to clear your build and re-allocate them?

Nope, unfortunately. Takes till the Awakening expansion for you to gain that option =/. 
 
As for what spec to go with, Templar's undoubtedly the most usefull I'd say. Or Champion if you have that one already. You'll be able to select two specialisations eventually, however. So don't feel too confined with what choice to make at this point.

Not within the game, but if you are on PC, you can download a respec mod.

Thanks. I'll keep that in mind. I did read Templar was the way to go especially when facing casters. Maybe I'll go Templar/Beserker, I'm sure I have lots of time to think about it.
