    I noticed on the games cases some have the Dreamcast banner in white some have it in black and some are orange. Is there a difference, is one of these colors similar to greatest hits?

    No, there's no difference, both labels are standard and are native to the US  (no such labelling in Japan and Europe). They were chosen depending on which one looked better for the artwork, nothing more.
