The E3 podcasts are arguably the best ones they do and I'm glad that I get to look forward to all of them this year instead of all but one.

They're not going to say to anyone "Sorry, you can't be on the show because a lot of our audience thinks you're annoying."

It was whatever for me that she was on the first E3 podcast, but bringing her back was kind of a weird move in my decision.  I'm sure she's less... hectic... when she's not drunk and trying to fit in with some of her idols, but man... it got annoying last year.

I actually like Leigh a lot. She's a super-talented gameswriter. But her Bombcast appearances have skewed the internet against her, which is unfortunate.

Hey, i generally like her too. I've been following her writing since before she ever showed up on Giant Bomb. But i still acknowledge that Leigh and GB don't mix well.

Except not really because the second one was clearly said in a jolly manner, not because I am actually angered or "wound up" by the idea that people used to do things different in weddings. Not sure why you think I'd sit here getting mad at sexual customs that used to happen and don't anymore but alright!

The only downside to this I can see is the lack of enormous meltdowns this year.

Great. I'm sure she does fine on Gamasutra, when sober, doing actual work, but I fucking hated both podcasts she was in. Not someone I would want to meet drunk and the fact that Jeff went outside and started a renegade podcast is all too telling.

Well, hard to know if Ryan is being sincere, but I'd be glad to see her gone. I don't have a problem with her opinions, just her tendency to assert them four times as loud, and as often, as everyone else in the room.

If I had to guess, Ryan's certainty that she won't be on the podcast again would be more from her not wanting to than from the GB crew not wanting her to.  She took people's words pretty personally the first time, and I don't imagine she took it much better the second.
