@starvinggamer: That off of EX Fan or something? That's definitely something that has combo potential but is tricky-ish, albeit if it's in the corner that probably negates the spacing. Also triple rightful heir isn't very easy to execute if that's part of it.

Aside: Obviously Mournful has to use meter to do combos and I think Assassin can benefit from meter usage.

@starvinggamer: That combo's not too bad actually, I might eventually use a somewhat simpler version; see if I can land it online. d1 into lift is the only hard part I can see.

Edit: Omitting the second f33~fan, d1~Lift does 45/46, f33 at the end does more than 111 at least at that many hits. I move the njp to after the initial fan juggle hit and then do a lift to make the fj3~fan easier. Adding f33 before the lift makes it 49 but you have to do 111 because of gravity scaling.

@l1ghtn1n: Seems like he was in his V-trigger (or whatever) during the slide, so maybe that made it juggle instead of knockdown? After messing in Omega mode it seems like the new ex-headstomp teleports like in the trailer and he has some kick move that reflects projectiles.

I think a bunch of the moves in Omega mode were really interesting so I'm glad to see them live on in SFV.

As mentioned before, Stunfest is a premier Capcom Pro Tour tournament. This means that the winner (or next best unqualified player) of this tournament is getting a guaranteed spot in the Capcom Cup. And of course there are also CPT points to be earned and money to be won.

A premier event means the big hitters are coming out in force. If you were wondering why there isn't a lot of international competition at Combo Breaker, this is why. Japan will be heavily represented alongside Europe. I do hope more American players make it out to these international events as well.

Bonus:

You may have heard about this but a major $10,000 money match between Luffy and Santarou is happening at this event. The format will be first to 10 wins with a character lock. Rose for Luffy and Sagat for Santarou.

Edit: looks like the match has been called off in fear of legal issues.

Other than that it's worth noting that Stunfest is a big event. There is a lot more happened there than fighting games.

Okay, Bison's trench coat is pretty dope. I'm fine with them using Omega mode as a testing ground for new moves for SF5, but I can't help but feel that it cheapens it a bit.

@hassun: Pretty amazing, I like the chairs especially. Granted that seems to be everyone with a mic so not nominally that surprising.

I confess I'm going to a Fancy Dress Eurovision BBQ tomorrow so I'll miss a bit of Combo Breaker but I'll also be getting lots of food and I'll be dressed up like a Swedish Superman! (I'm not going as UK, no-one goes as UK, we're always last place lol)

MKX auction sounds amusing; though there's like 20 characters that are competitive.

So wow finally bothered to look at the schedule. MKX finals go on last? What is this madness! Not that I don't approve but its been a long ass time since street fighter wasn't positioned as the main event. Can't wait to watch it though. :)

@demoskinos: MKX is legit! It's going to be 2nd to last at CEO too, unknown when it'll be during EVO. I would put Marvel and one of the Smash games top 8s on Saturday and the other Smash game, plus MKX and SF on Sunday.

@demoskinos: It's kind of normal since there is an actual premier event going on as well in France. On top of that this is in Chicago, which is the home base of Netherrealm (and Iron Galaxy).
