Fallout 3 Mod Tools Now Available
Or what about raiders with spells?
I hope people go nuts with these tools and make all sorts of things. Cities, for a start, would be nice. Or maybe recreating Fallout 1. Go to it! :)
Finally. This should have been released alongside or just after Fallout 3 was, considering The Elder Scrolls IV toolset was available with the game's release, and the mod tools are most likely a modification of that same toolset since both games use the same engine.
But anyway, I'm hoping someone takes the hint from the last sentence and ports Oblivion over to the Fallout 3 engine. With the updated lighting, shading, and optimizations, it could look even better. Either that, or I wish the people that made the tech demo of Oblivion running in the Crysis engine would continue with that project. Of course, I'm pretty sure that without a full-time, paid legion of people, they would never be able to build and code all of that dialogue and etc into a game that huge.
Yey! here comes the Rube Goldberg machines!
I'm guessing somebody's also going to make the "Isometric camera" mod...
Unfortunately importing Oblivion Properties into the editor is illegal :(, Someone managed to merge Morrowind and Oblivion and Bethesda soon moved to shut that down.
