Can they die? Because my companion lost his health a couple of times and just became unconcious.

@Bagga: Think of how easy it would be for your companions to die, though. If you have them set to follow you, and the automatically start running into battle the minute an enemy is spotted, they'll more than likely die.  A lot.

    I know, when
I was heart-broken!  It also sucked because he was a good companion!

Good to know, it was horrible seeing any of my companions die because they thought running headlong into 5 enclave duders was a long term plan.

That would be pretty awesome, if there was a version of Veronica that just spent all of her time fucking.

@zegolf: lol, but if you know Veronica, she best for melee and NPC's attack everything on sigh. She'll run into battle, I start shooting and shoot her a few times on accident.

@SmashedControllers: Veronica is bugged and does not level properly with you. Her HP remains constant and does not go up as you level, so she starts dying easier over time, solutions are to put her in power armor and do her Brotherhood quests to get a DT perk for her.  There is also a mod that fixes her HP scaling on the Nexus.

@Tennmuerti: Really?, Thanks for the Tips. Maybe next playthrough I'll give Hardcore another run.
