The controversial Fat Princess sees the endless battle of red vs. blue comes to a fight between two kingdoms who have kidnapped each other's princess and are stuffing her with cake to make her rescue more difficult.
So a bunch of Jane Fonda's got together to dislike the game because of the title? If you think about it its cute, cute that they think they're opinion matters...
I'm rather tired of people who consider themselves intellectuals making the tired argument that anything they consider to be in bad taste is some society destroying crime. If you don't like something then the best option is to vote with your wallet. It's a shame that some people think it's okay to be rude to fat people or even pick on them. But this game didn't start that and I don't think anyone in their right mind will be using it as a guiding moral text what with it being a ridiculous surreal cartoon bloodbath.
The game looks awesome. It's just a shame games get ruined by people inevitably moaning about absolutely everyhing. Resident Evil 5's context has been ruined because it was "racist" and now this. I hope it doesn't get pulled/changed because of political correctness.
Argument for the sake of arguing. Anyone can help being fat. It isn't a genetic disorder. If people make fun of you for being fat, stop being fat. Replace McDonald's with real food. Replace Soda with Juice or water. Replace Twinkies with granola bars. Eat healthy.
No, seriously. I consider myself a feminist, but I can't see why people think that games like Fat Princess should be demeaning. It's a freaking game, for crying out loud. It's funny and it's innovative. I really doubt that Fat Princess is being manufactured in order to spread hatred on overweight people.

Who cares if the title of the game is Fat Princess. I thought nothing off it until some feminist had to get her hammer and anvil out and start spouting left wing nonsense about this game offending fat women. As Im sure lots of people have said since reading this she needs to reduce the amount of self righteous talk coming out of her mouth, and eat more sensibliy if she is worried about her image.
See it's just like with RE5. I really don't care that people are complaining that a game is racist or that it makes fun of fat people because when it's all said and done I'll still be getting the game and I'll enjoy it just as much as I would of if no one ever brought it up. Like everyone else is saying. It's a game.
You could probably just title this thread "Feminists unhappy". It doesn't matter whether it's game related or not, they never have a good reason. But, they always have at least one reason to be unhappy. It's as though "feminist" and "happy" are mutually exclusive.

This is stupid. Now I might make few people mad at me, just over look this if you dont like the truth. The world can do with out Femanest now. We are all the some people, no one is over the other. Femanest are a pain in the butt! Yes it was needed at one time, but things are better. Shure men do get payed more but that will soon change. Also keep in mind that its just a game!! Thay wanted it do be something for girls to go to as well. So it's ok for fems to have a all girl party but its not ok for us guys to have mens meeting?
