    Fighting Force (PSX) 0

When you think of unforgiving, merciless, video games that just smack you in the face on a regular basis, Fighting Force should be among games on that list.  As the game starts off, you are instantly thrown into multiple realms of chaos. Enemies spawn relentlessly and unfathomingly, weapons are scarce, health is constantly low, and never appears when you need it. A average game that can still be enjoyed 0

They don't mention it but each character has slightly different stats. The beat em up genre was a staple of the NES/SNES generation. Except once the PS1 showed everyone how awesome a polygonal 3D model could be a few developers tried their hand at making a 3D brawler. Most of the time that didn't work out so well but Fighting Force was a exception. Although I didn't know it at the time this was mostly thanks to the fact this game was going to be Streets Of Rage 4 until they lost the rights to it...
