in the sense that I dont get what what exactly I am getting for it and most importantly what clan talents do for my team.

what does it mean if I have 10 aptitude and 4 teamwork?

I realize this game is 5 years old but I am hoping someone remembers.

I don't remember the game very well but I think talents are for quest requirements and clearing clan trials give you more clan privileges in battle.

that makes a lot of sense! I just tried picking a quest with talents higher then what I had. Great. One more question. How worried should I be about the progression of time? should i be worried if I wasted a day on a low level quest or something of the like? Is there a hard limit in the number of days before the game ends like in Persona 4?

As far as I remember there is no time limit and you can waste as much time as you want. Time passing is just for laws and auction and stuff. (I might be wrong though, because I never finished the game..)
