Every week I dread two things: Boring new DSiware Wiiware releases (there are good ones but they're few and far between) and Brad's Starcraft chatter. I'd be willing to be the majority of the folks that purchased the game have moved onto other things, we are in the fall release season after all, and even among the people that care about Starcraft a minority gives a crap about the Korean tournies. Please. No more.
Please no more Starcraft minute. PLEASE!
I thought it was interesting and can't wait for the video footage. And I've never even played Starcraft.

I only listen to the first hour or so, but I am also sick of hearing about fucking starcraft, starcraft, starcraft. However, its not like it last forever and you can skip it ahead a bit to get past most of it. Also, people who are really into that game and play on a consistent basis I'm sure appreciate hearing about whats going down in the world of Starcraft.

Try not to get your mind blown, but it's possible to fast forward past the segments you don't care for.

OP just needs to really learn more about game culture.
I dunno, I think plenty of people find it interesting, I know I do. Props for having a Transmet avatar though." It's a little known secret that you can click anywhere (that's right! Anywhere!) on the bombcast's progress bar and it'll skip right to that part, past the other parts you may not find desirable.
I bought Starcraft II when it came out, played for a week, and never looked at it since; I probably won't play it again.
However, my favourite TNT ever, was the recent Starcraft 2 one by far. I love listening to Brad talk about it. His enthusiasm makes me care about a game that I'm not even interested it.
I, for one, don't mind the Starcraft talk at all. If I did, I would fast forward it, instead of complain.
The podcast is free for Christ's sake. I don't play Black Ops but I'm not bitching about them spending a ton of time talking about it. Starcraft 2 is still a relevant topic and it's inevitable that a gaming podcast is going to cover something you're not interested in, deal with it.
Good news everyone! Within a couple of weeks they will be swapping out Starcraft talk for talk of a different kind of Craft.

I hate that they talk about Call of Duty (MW2 or Black Ops) for extended amounts of time. Such is life, and it's free and they're talking about what they want. I think everything will be okay.
" Fast Forward? "Yeah, this. I really enjoy SC2 talk even though I don't play much starcraft (simply because I'm bad, but I do enjoy it).
Sheesh. They can talk about whatever and I'll still find it entertaining. Besides, that trip sounded awesome!

Not to mention it's a PC game and the biggest PC launch of the year so people like myself that consider the PC to be their primary platform have played little else.
At this point, it's going to be relevant until Star Craft 3 comes out. Remember there are still 2 more expansion packs, so better suck it up and take it like a man instead of whining about it.
Yeah having opinions on things is dumb. You nailed him. When he said he doesn't enjoy the segment, that's what he meant. Smart people itt. Any kind of negative feedback attracts droves a asskissers." I don't like it, so why the fuck do they keep doing it? Logic "
" @jukezypoo said:You're absolutely correct. There's absolutely no way that one could read this thread, in which the opening post contains the words "Please. I'll agree to an extent.
It's perfectly fine for them to talk about it when they just got back from an F-ing trip to Korea. The occasional, brief, discussion about patch notes during the news segment is also OK. If that's what Brad's been playing, fine. However, it should not become a major topic, taking up a large chunk of time week after week again, like it did just before, and for weeks after, release. That is not fair to the non-fans, and I think they know that.
Dude, the DSIware and Wiiware segments are fantastic. And I don't like Starcraft, but the passion that is brought to the topic makes it super interesting.
You lose.
Nice trolling. The dude makes a REQUEST, that is not an opinion. He's making the request that they stop the segment. Where does the meaning of an opinion ever come into play when he's asking for something? Just because he's backing up the request with his opinion "that it's not good" ?
To top it off it ain't negative feedback, he's asking for something and backing it up with what he thinks are facts [which from the looks of these posts are WRONG - although the opinion of these posters can hardly be considered a fact either].
A smart person would've known this. Nice trolling. Could you please stop it. Thank you in advance.
