Windows 10 Home 1803

Google Chrome Version 70.0.3538.77 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Using LastPass Extension, Giant Bomb QoL (though the only enabled feature is the emotes button)

In the new comments section, on a 4K (3840x2160) display, hovering the mouse on the far left-hand side of the browser window next to comments brings up the context-sensitive menu you would normally get hovering over their profile image. When this happens, the pop-up flickers rapidly and appears to be bouncing back and forth between the user's profile picture and the far left of the screen seemingly at the refresh rate of the display.

I specifically noticed this on the latest Giant Bomb Aftermath podcast page, but have confirmed that it occurs on video comments and article comments as well.

Thanks!
