Does Giant Bomb Limit Video Downloads?

Over the past week I have been backing up videos featuring Ryan for a project I am working on and these past few nights I have started receiving error messages after I have downloaded about 1-2 pages worth of content. These "error messages" are my intended downloads being replaced with the "error message" video files with Jeff doing the VO.

When I come back the next day (around 24 hours later) these videos are again accessible. This has happened 2-3 times now and I think I might be seeing a pattern.

Has anybody experienced similar issues or are they aware of any information surrounding what I am experiencing?

We limit video downloads to around 20/day. If you're using a file download manager that splits downloads that might run you into the cap a bit more quickly than usual.
