Hiding the chat panels and the new side panel causes the video to stop rendering, although the sound continues to play.

Also getting this problem windows 7 64bit latest version of chrome.

Update: just found out this only occurs when the browser is in fullscreen and not windowed mode (the browser, not hte video). It'll black out if you stretch the window a certain length though.

also can't fullscreen the video while the browser is windowed
