nVidia Shield "Uh oh...There was a problem authenticating"

I've been using the Giant Bomb enthusiast app on the nVidia Shield TV for about a year without issue. Yesterday it asked me to re-enter the code so i went to the gbenthusiast url, got my 6 digit code and entered it only to get the "Uh oh...There was a problem authenticating with the link code you provided." I've tried several times yesterday and today but still won't authenticate. The app is still working fine on my Apple TV but won't authenticate on nVidia Shield anymore.

@zaphoduk: Hmm, I don't think we run the GB Enthusiast app. Have you tried contacting the developer?
