Performance issues with video.

This isn't happening as often, but a little bit ago I was having some major performance issues with the website when trying to load videos as well as trying to do anything (scrolling, hovering over videos, clicking buttons, etc.). There were times where it would take five minutes just to select a new video in a series and then another few minutes for the video to fully start up and full screen or fill browser. I tried multiple computers, and in the browser I was using different tabs that were working fine. I'm not sure if it was linked, but one computer of mine was almost maxing out CPU usage with no other major processes going on. Again, for now seems to not be a big issue, but sometimes it sneaks its way in for a second. Before it was constant.
