Are all of the forum threads supposed to say "Article" "Game" "Platform" beside them, or are those categories supposed to be hidden? It seems unnecessary.

@edgework: The titles of forum threads now append what type of subforum they're attached to ("Game" "Concept" "Blog"), for everything that isn't in General Discussion or Off-Topic. I don't think it was doing that until earlier today, unless I'm losing my mind. Seems especially redundant for blogs, since it also has the little star icon with the word "Blog" just to the right of the title already. I couldn't tell if this was a deliberate change or not.

It doesn't seem like useful UI to specify that a forum is attached to a "Game" subforum/wiki page, because it's usually pretty clear when the game title is listed right under the thread title.

Oh that, I dunno. Ask Dave S or Alexis G maybe @rorie knows?

Doesn't affect functionality, but it seems like maybe some site update that got pushed out today is making those categories visible when they didn't used to be.

I don't see anything in the build logs about it. Maybe you're just now noticing it?

Those (Game) and (Blog) tags should be hidden, this is definitely something new that just popped up. This happened once before a few months ago.

Here is what the forums should look like - notice there are no redundant (Blog) or (Game) tags.

Alright I'll see what I can find out.
