Premium videos not loading despite ability to watch UPF live

I purchased Giant Bomb premium for the first time, currently on the free 7 day trial and just watched my first unprofessional Friday live on the Xbox One app.

I am now trying to watch some previous episodes and I am getting an error when attempting to watch any unprofessional Friday video.

The error message stated to send an email to this support address if I believe I should have access to these videos.

I have attempted to reinstall the app and hard reset the Xbox. Any ideas?

EDIT: Also tried watching on PC and on a Amazon Firestick through the Giant Bomb app. Receiving same error.
