After you have submitted your blog a menu comes up to attach it to the forums. Simply select General or Off topic from the drop down list that appears and click the "Attach my blog to the forums" button. Although please remember to post it to the most relevant forum - if it is about a specific game, attach it to the specific game page, not General discussion. There is an in depth guide on the forums somewhere for it, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.
