This seems fine to me. Unless it's a duplicate of another compilation that's already listed on Giant Bomb.

Ehh after looking at the nature of the page i agree. the release of that compilation pack should be in all the 4 games it contains however.

This page isn't needed. It just lists four games and ends. Maybe just add a release to each game and a short quip in their articles saying something like "This game was also released as a bundle in such-and-such release with these three games." or something.

Compilation pages are a-ok, last time I checked. Fleshed out a bit more info on the page. Age of Empires Gold Edition was improperly linked to Age of Empires II Gold Edition because the correct page hasn't been created yet.

That's not the way it works. Compilations are listed as games, not releases.

It's hard to find the official word on this matter, but I did manage to find this. As far as I know, the official stance on game compilations has not changed.
