Jlrm01 is uploading images that go against the GiantBomb image rules and policies. Also, he's #1 and from what I see, and is abusing the system as it is.
The images he is uploading, while questionable i agree, do sort of fall into our rules regarding image uploads. If a game has nudity in its default or native version then it is ok to post said images containing nudity. And in this users case he has uploaded images to a Adult Anime or Hentai game which obviously will contain nudity. I understand your objection to seeing this sort of thing on GiantBomb but we are afterall a website with focus on gathering and storing information on ALL games even if that includes certain Adult or Hentai style of games.

Believe me when i say its something that has been on the discussion table for awhile, are Hentai games or Adult Anime games considered games at all? But our stance on nude pictures has ALWAYS been that if the Native and Default version of a game contains nudity then yes images of nudity from those games is allowed. However nude skins, mods, patches or porn and the like are and have always been outlawed here.
Once we get the Wiki FAQ published it will hopefully provide some incite for you all :)

Yep. He figured this would come up eventually.
He knows the stuff he posts is questionable. If he's not sure if an image is considered acceptable, he asks me. If I'm not sure, his default course of action is to not post it at all. He also contacts a moderator from time to time to make sure he's not breaking any rules.
Oh, and the hentai screenshots? He didn't even want to post those initially because he was afraid of breaking the rules. However, nudity is indeed allowed in screenshots.
Eh it's not really Hentai. He mainly uploads fan art, but he's not like a bad guy. My main issue is how helpful fan art actually is to a page as a whole. But don't start playing the blame game. He says he would write articles for his pages, but English is his second language, so his grammar and such might not be up to par.
Before I began uploading images with real nudity in them I asked Axersia if I could upload images from hentai games. I knew they were accepted on GB, but I still asked. I was given the following guidelines:
Don't upload many similar images (this is very common in hentai / eroge games, a blink may be the difference between one image and the next) - choose one of a "set"
Upload images showing the GUI of the game, not just clean cg (this part gives me a bit of trouble sometimes... but I try to do it)
Anyway, I skip many scenes in these games entirely, and don't upload images with loli characters. I try to make innocent looking images show in the Overview, but the system doesn't help me here. Sometimes it chooses the first I uploaded, sometimes the last ones (these two cases I can handle), but sometimes it is neither (hard to handle; would have to delete / re-upload and I would be getting more points than I should). EDIT3: In fact I was asking Axersia if he had the power to change what images showed in the Overview of a page yesterday. For some of the games I don't even put the real box art as the default image... as it is way too much without some kind of age gate or profile preference.
EDIT: The last hentai page I made was... well.. interesting... I didn't upload most of the images (not even one from a set, from many sets) because there was "too much tentacle action". ^_^; The ones I did upload were the most inoccent ones... by miles.
As for fan art.... I am working under an image limit now, so to speak. Joseppie told me not to go too "enthusiastic" on pages and a limit of 250-300 images was agreed on (because I asked for a hard number... what is a conservative number for him is different for me). For most characters I can't even approach 100 images, yet for others I could find 800 or more. Now I can't upload that many, unlike what I sometimes did at first.
I try my best to not let a nipple slip and for many images I ask LordAndrew for his opinion (sometimes I get a No as an answer). I have even bothered Axersia with this (some Morrigan images). I apologize in advance if I did a mistake on this. I can get banned, I guess, but I try my best.
EDIT2: Also, I place fan art under a Fan Art gallery (if I'm sure it is fan art) and official images (non-fan art) under Official Art or Concept Art or Wallpapers if that is what they are... If you go to By Gallery on a character page you'll see less of the fan art images, I think... Or at least, that is part of the idea of placing them in a gallery.
I really wish for the age gate / profile preferences or a definite "No more hentai" rule... Images is what I do best, so to speak... That is why I upload so many... I recently got a screen capture device but many of the games I have are already full of images in their pages... Oh, well. ^_^
