How do I add a video game company?

Hi. I want to add the now-defunct video game company Savannah which produced games like Spøgelse med forkølelse. However, it doesn't appear like I'm allowed to do it. At least I cannot find a button anywhere. 
 
Also, is there any FAQ that answers these kind of noob questions? I have a hard time finding my way around the site.

On the site FAQ under the section "Hey, I Noticed You're Missing [insert page], What's Up With That?" there is a an "Add a company" link.
