Show S rank on activity section in our profile?

It only tells you the achievements you unlocked. Why should it show the grade/rank?

Well, my problem with putting ranks in the activity feed is that it's not really activity. You unlocked achievements; that's the activity that occurred. Ranks can actually change without any activity.
