You can't delete until you type something

I get a similar bug with guides, where if I save them and come back to them later I can no longer edit any of the things I added before. I can add new things to it and type in those, but I can't type in any of the old stuff (In Firefox 3). I can edit it in Google Chrome (although, there is a weird quirk where I have to wiggle the mouse as I click on the Edit button), and in IE the more editing I do the more memory IE starts to use, to the point where I can't do anything in IE.
