I'm for it. I don't like game stores anymore anyway. If I have a choice I'll usualy get a boxed version if it's the same price but I'll order it online. Fuck gamestores.

To be honest I'm somewhat surprised that Target and Wal Mart even still have a PC section. I hardly ever see anyone browsing it and the prices are often outdated.
 
Steam is a really great platform. I'm glad someone like Valve is holding the reigns and not a person like Kottick.

Why do people always forget that a 'boxed' game doesn't necessarily need to have a presence in shops? I bet the vast majority of boxed PC games are bought online via a warehouse.

I already buy the majority of my games digitally. I'll, maybe buy a few games for my consoles each year but I mostly rent console games. Other than that I purchase most of my stuff on steam.
