Edit: Like around 19:30 for like 2 sec, no biggie....But the panel was interesting!!
Cliffy B Panel ... PS: He mention Jeff...
@peligroy2k said:" What time in the video? "
I admit to having not watched the video, but this exchange alone made me laugh. It probably could've been avoided had you provided commentary to your video post." Like 20 min into.. I think!!! "

watching his talk, it's actually very interesting, but i go way back to Unreal and have been a fan of his work for a long time
What's going on, Clifford, is you've got the ADD. I'm not a big fan at all of his asynchronous gaming future. The last thing I want is to be pestered by someone to do some chore for them for their game. I get his compulsion to push all that, cus reading between the lines, its about making every kind of game online mandated to curb piracy.
I was wondering if that quote was a direct reference or not, and it was. Overall, this is a fantastic panel, thanks for sharing it.
"Ya chainsaw guns, kids love that shit, right?"
OH MY GOD! HE MENTIONS JEFF?! I MUST WATCH THIS!!
*eyeroll followed by a facepalm*
The panel was actually really good and interesting.
" I watched the whole thing. It was a pretty good panel. "This. Whoever continues to mock Cliff without watching that video needs to grow up. But then again, I'm on Giantbomb.
" I'd play Unreal: The Fucking Musical. "
and.. I wonder if Cliffy was involved in seeing his baby to the Bulletstorm advertising? : /
That was a pretty good panel. The future of the industry (and technology in general) is always super interesting to me.
Really not liking how he's using 'creative' as a noun....
YES I GET HUNG UP ON GRAMMAR SHIT, DEAL WITH IT.
Sweet, now I have a new topic for the audit with my programming/business teacher. That panel was awesome - I think Cliff is really onto something with the idea of game designers/power creatives being brands (read: Sid Meier, John Romero(Though obviously John Romero doesn't have nearly as much weight as he did in his glory days), and of course Cliffy B), and how "the audience underneath our feet is always shifting."
Also, as others have said, yeah, the Jeff mention is very very small - insignificant, even. Was just something to move the conversation along.
It can be used as a noun though." Really not liking how he's using 'creative' as a noun.... YES I GET HUNG UP ON GRAMMAR SHIT, DEAL WITH IT. "
From Merriam-Webster:
creative. noun
1 : one who is creative; especially : one involved in the creation of advertisements2 : creative activity or the material produced by it especially in advertising
