Do you think the n gage would have done better if it had garfield game ?

I have to be the voice of reason here. If the NGage hadn't happened, there would be no gaming on phones. Nokia were so far ahead of the curve it snapped the Earth in two.

The real question is whether Garfield would still be relevant if Jim Davis had given him an N-Gage, to keep him hip and relevant for the kids.

Snake is not a game, it's a business application.

How is that even a question? We'd still be playing the original NGage if it did.

I wasn’t convinced that the NGage didn’t actually have a Garfield game so I googled “Garfield NGage” and then I fell down a hole in the search results of reading about Christos N. Gage, who apparently is a screenwriter and comic book writer.

@dudeglove: to be fair both were huge flops that had way to much hype with trash games.

Totally agree! Nokia was the outbreak in mobile gaming. Obviously, all devs wwould try to do video games for mobile, but in my opinion N Gage was too early to success.

Let`s not forget the developers and publishers that threw their weight behind it. With that comes experience for when mobile gaming would come good.
