Sorry if this is in the wrong forum or comes off as me whining, 'cause it's intended as an honest question. I filled in a request about my Premium subscription billing eleven days ago, and I haven't even had a confirmation that anyone has seen the request yet.
Am I screwing up somehow, or is this just how things are right now? I filled in a request about the same issue exactly one year prior, and back then I got a response immediately.
