Poll Giant Bomb's Best Content? (615 votes)
This is only video content, and it's the less traditional of all the content, well less traditional than say Quick Looks!

Almost all of those things you have listed, with rare exception, are stuff i'm super into (was never a fan of Happy Hour, Chrono Trigger ER or Daily Dota). That said, i'm going to have to go with the classics and say the Persona 4 Endurance Run is still the best thing they've ever made; it's like 100 hours of content, pretty much every episode is really god damn funny. A lot of their playthroughs have come close (Like Load Our Last Souls, Bradley May Cry and Backflips 'n Bioforge), but NOTHING has dethroned the P4ER in my opinion.
@vierastalo: Even though the P4ER got me on board with GB, nothing will be able to surpass my love for the Phantasmagoria RPCG. Ripper and Burn: Cycle are also awesome.
There is so much to love,

It's not in the poll, but I think the E3/GDC after hours shows are consistently the best pieces of Giant Bomb content.

I'm sorry for neglecting it, there are too many different pieces of content to remember! :(

Ha, no worries! I'm sure I would've missed a bunch.
I was gonna vote for Drew's North Korean Adventure at first, but I've been missing Radio Dave / The Whiskey Media Radio Show for a while now. I kind of wish Alexis would do something similar. Seems like every time changes happen to the site now they are unexpected. Having a show where the engineers show of that stuff is fascinating, and having them take calls leads to interesting conversations.
Another one that isn't on the list that warrants mentioning; The Big Red Phone.
I don't know how you expected anything to get anywhere near as many votes as the P4 Endurance Run with that many choices.

I knew P4 would be the landslide winner, but it's nice to see what others think. I might make a new one after this is theoretically done, limiting the choices, especially the endurance runs.
Persona 4 Endurance Run was a trusted companion during 2009-10. They would be grinding in a dungeon and I'd be playing Borderlands or something, the feeling was similar to when me and my roommate would be gaming in the same room.
I voted for the Game of the Year Vignettes because I get excited for them every year. Game of The Year is a great time on Giant Bomb. I'm so excited to see how they handle this year with an extra video man, a couple different offices, and Dan Ryckert in the mix.
Of course my real answer is the Persona 4 Endurance Run, but I knew that would run away with the poll so I didn't want to vote for it. Metal Gear Scanlon is my favorite feature on the site right now.
Does anyone remember the short user-made Giant bomb 1980's tv show opening? I'm trying to find it so I can have a good laugh.
I'm gonna throw my hat in with the Persona 4 ER with nods to the Drew and Alexis Halo Marathon Charity Stream and the Random PC Games with Dave and Vinny (ex. BladeRunner).
I think Metal Gear Scanlon has the most mindshare of people here because it's so recent, so I see that getting a bump in this poll.
Also:
@baillie: Thank you!
Man. This is tough. It's a tossup between the P4 and DP endurance runs with Backflips and Bioforge and UPF coming in close behind. But damn, the Souls content was great and Spookin' with Scoops and the BLOODY FLIGHT CLUB... I don't know if I can choose.
Anything with ample Vinny for the win.
EDIT!
Wait, I remembered.
Its not listed in the poll. Its the E3 late night bombcasts. To me those are the best content the site produces all year. Because its a bunch of industry guests, and its all very relaxed and casual. Everyone has fun, and there is always tons of laughs to be had. So many great stories told also. I look forward to them every year. And this last year was amazing. Patrick killed it with his guest round up.

God damnit. I'll make a new poll when this one winds down with better choices.
Uh, TANG. Definitely TANG. Easily the stuff I rewatch the most (I don't rewatch a lot of stuff, though).
Dude what?! How has nobody mentioned This Ain't No Game?!

Whoa, I dunno how that didn't cross my mind.
Even though the "average" level isn't as high, I had to choose UPF just because there have been so many great moments from that series over its run. Part of that is just because it's been running for so long by now. The Lego Island segment is one of the funniest things that has ever appeared on the site.
As far as "features that I would be most saddened by if they were canceled," it'd be Jar Time. The amount of insider talk delivered in those episodes, and the candidness with which Jeff addresses the audience, is really unlike anything else on the site.
Random PC Game: Phantasmagoria until the end of times.
That and the Jeff/Vinny Deadly Premonition endurance run for me.
Random PC Game: Phantasmagoria until the end of times.
Someone here gets it. Just 4 straight hours of Dave and Vinny riffing on an old, bad FMV adventure game. It's like concentrated magic.
I will also accept the Persona 4 Endurance Run as an answer, which is obviously winning because of course it is.

First thought as well. Favorite feature they've ever done.
Almost all of the content nowadays is premium only >:(
Yeah I mean it's total BS, of the 32 pieces of content to go up this week, 1 thing is premium only. HOW DARE THEY
There's way too much content for me to process and say confidently "this one is the best." But as far as single-game video series go, I was just rewatching and thinking how great Breaking Brad: Volgarr the Viking was. You've got Brad getting suitably frustrated but eventually conquering the game, and all the while he, Vinny, Drew and Rorie talk shit about all kinds of topics including science fiction, history, the paranormal, fantasy books, etc.. Not to mention one particular jaw-dropping moment.
The Persona 4 Endurance Run brought me to this site and I will always love it for that, and many other reasons.
I've been consuming all Giant Bomb content since 2008, starting with the podcast (the MGS4 spoilercast is actually what did it. if you haven't listened to that podcast, please do, it's really good.) Anyway, that said, I'd say that the Persona 4 Endurance Run is seriously one of the best pieces of entertainment on the entire internet. I've watched the whole run many times. The DP run is good too.
Backflips 'n Bioforge and Random PC game was always a good time. Charity and console launches... anything where the crew plays a bunch of old or random games while they reminisce about previous video game generations. BLLSL! is fantastic and so is GB Unplugged.
Spookin', Bombin', and UPF are good new features. And whatever GBEAST puts out.
Also, E3 time and GOTY time are my favourite times of the year.
Maybe it's because we're still in the honeymoon phase with it but I honestly can't recall enjoying anything more than the Avalon Unplugged, such drama!
