Help - Adding Characters

I've been trying to add one or two new characters to the Final Fantasy VII page. So i click edit, and the search for a character box pops up, i type in say, Genova, and it then says "sorry no results", what's the deal there? Am i doing something wrong or is there a predefined list of characters that can only be added? Thanks

make sure you click the magnifying glass as this provides better results in my case

I think the character has to have its own page fist.

The character may not be in the database in which case you'll need to add it. I had some problems adding characters from the main profile page so try going to the Characters tab as well.
