Help me find the name of this game!

OK I'm looking for an old SNES game I used to play as a kid. It was about a cyborg ninja type character (You might have even been able to choose between 2 characters) and it was made by Taito. It was sidescrolling and to go along with the cyber-ninjas the setting was in the future I think. 
 
I looked on Taito's wikipedia page and it isn't listed... 

Ninja Warriors? Hagane? That's all I have.

Nah it was none of thos, it looked similar to Ninja Warriors though. But with basically robots.
