How to: Make a Custom List

Well I was just going to leave this in the other thread, but I've seen some guide threads so I'll make one too.

Here is a step by step visual guide to making a Custom List:

Ummm... did people actually have problems doing this? Because I'd assume everyone is able to figure it out themselves.

A few people did, including myself. Having a pic guide wont hurt though.

Nice guide, for the lists though are we able to get a option where it lets you re-order them into whatever you want. Not to sure if its just me but it would be good. :)
