there's one Vercetti line where after a cutscene, he talks about how he likes his shirt. i forgot what it was, but it made me laugh every time i heard it

The scene it happens in it pretty epic and that topped it off.
 
There are also alot of quotes I like from the Resident Evil and Gears of War series, but I don't feel like listing 30 quotes on here.

Sully: Hold on. Hold on, kid. I'm not as young as I used to be.

Nathan: You weren't too old for that little barmaid in Lima, were you?

Sully: Well, that was different. Although I must admit, equally as strenuous.

Too many to count, but the only ones I can think of right now are all SH3 related...

One of my favorites in recent memory is from Dragon Age: Origins.

 And Jackie has a few memorable moments, mostly his stories from the subway or heartfelt moments of remorse, but I think my favorite subway story was:
