Looking for a trippy glitchy game Jeff played on UF

Hey, I tried searching around the web for this first, but can't seem to find it. Jeff played this glitch art game on Unprofessional Fridays one time awhile back that looks like digital artifacts and messed up polygons. I think it was in early development at the time.

Anyone know what one I am talking about?

I believe you're thinking of Memory of a Broken Dimension. Jeff played this on the 04/05/2013 UPF (he starts playing it at around the 1:25:30 mark).
