New Giant Bomb layout Impressions!

So what do you guys think of the new homepage?

Personally I like it way better than the old one, much easier to navigate and much better eye candy. Not really a fan of the white layout though at all.
 As well the site seriously lacks racing stripes. :/

The home page looks exactly like Gamespot's now, I liked the old one better.

It's great!

Now they just need to get the friend network bug fixed and this website will be awesome! :D

I think it looks really sharp, very well organized and intuitive.

Awesome, enough said. I'm going to try out the white layout eventually, my eyes have adjusted to the black layout.

Text in the white version is much too light and pale to read, mostly in reference to quotes, small descriptions (see: blog titles on profile sidebar) and in things like the mini-feed. Also, neutral names are nearly invisible.

To coincide with this, Black Version also has darker text now, and it makes certain things hard to read.

All in the first 5 minutes too. Word.

The layout is now auto-scaling to my screen resolution. Everything is ridiculously tiny. Help.

Unlike most changes for websites, I really like this one. Really well organized :D

Hooray for new shiny buttons!

The White theme doesn't really look consistent...there's black in some places, too...I'm keeping black because the white just doesn't look that good.

The home page looks a little weird, and the news is all the way at the bottom...

I should not have gotten high, because now I'm trippin' hard. I need a break.

I like it except for the statistics info under the main banner. I just find that sort of info unnecessary to users of the website and it should just go back down to the bottom like it was. That way we can see more of the blog info and new videos when we first come to the page, without having to scroll as much.

It looks good, but I'm disappointed that only the homepage is different.

The guides are a great new addition and the home page looks a lot more organized and easier to read; especially for headlines.  Good thing the white background w/ black text is optional because it hurts my eyes like many have said.  I'll be sticking to the standard colors for now.  Overall, the new layout and additions are awesome.

I checked out the white version, and it temporarily broke me eyeballs.  So for now, I'm sticking with the black version.

It looks better, but i don't like how the wiki aspect is at the top.  I think it should stay under the news and what not.

It is ok, It is more catchy. I like the old alot, but the old one is a little bright...

When using the white version i cant see what i am writing. Anyone else?

Like it, will get some taking used to, but not much at all. Love the guides section. You can make tables now too.

At first when the guys at Giantbomb said this website was going to be HUGE!!!!  I never thought it was going to turn out to be this good

I liked the old layout better, but this one's alright.

I like it.  However, the white style is bad.

Section comments on the blog are broken, as are making tables.

Text is fixed though!

I think the white is nicer than expected, but not enough harsh divisions and indicators are present.

I like it so far, it may take some getting used to but I'm into it so no complaints yet.

I like it and the tables seem pretty cool.  Haven't used the guides much.

The new way of organizing the latest editorial content allows for a lot more stuff to be on the front page at once, the stats are pretty neat, and of course guides are a welcome addition. I think it's quite nice.

I literally just refreshed the site after like 2 hours away, and was like, "What the fuck just happened?" But I really like it, especially the "Pages that need help" section.
