New Giant Bomb layout Impressions!

I like it a lot, im not a fan of white so i'll stick with the dark version

Home page looks pretty great.

I would like to get a PM or such and such when a new feature is added, though.

wow this is like such an awesome update.  the original was a straight copy of comcvine which had features that weren't really aplicable as much to video games as they were to comics.  You know what i mean like most popular people etc which were all pretty useless and now they are implemeted in a much more appropriate wayI am in love with Giant Bomb all over again.  Giant bomb have my babies ;D.

However there is just something that isn't right with the white version.  I think the white version could look so much better but if those who wanted it are satisfied then i guess that's cool.

I dislike the changes to the homepage. I prefered the large banner and logo. It looks a bit too cluttered now, and less.. colorful. Yes, I understand USA Today isn't as well written as The New York Times, but damnit I like my pictures.

I was really used to the old one.

Gonna give this a spin right now, I'm very hopeful.

The guides are amazing, but I'm not so sure I like the forums in white. Oh well, I'll just stay inter racial and switch between both.

I am actually using the white background.  But I wish for one they would make a slimmed down version of the site.  But overall, they are doing a great job and bringing everything together and just tidying up a bit in that everything seems a bit more orderly.

I like it, but yeah, its moving a bit torwards gamespot.
Hopefully gb wont become one of those really bad news sites
because thats what this layout kind of looks like.

I couldn't believe GB got a new home page so fast.  It looks awesome though. I liked how they made the site navigation buttons at the top of the page BIGGER.

New homepage looks pretty good. Everything seems easy to find and neatly put together and it looks really nice. Like just about everybody else I'm not a fan of the white layout.

Im liking it so far.

umm, im not really noticing a hell of a lot of difference?

The white site is far to white, they need to change it to a less glaring white.

Giant Bomb is taking proper steps to becoming the greatest gaming site of all time! :D... all we need now are smileys... and sigs... and maybe a better list creator that informs us on news about the games on them.... *cough* gamespot *cough*.

Will the forums get an upgrade out of the nineties?  This is the section in most need of some retooling, that and the profiles, having that non-optional feed above the blogs is really terrible design.
