Okay 360 fanboys, what's next?

So yea, Star Ocean is out and while it is probably one of my favorite games this generation so far, aside from the up and on us Halo Wars, what quality exclusive games are left for 2009?  Yea, there's ODST, but in reality that's more of an expansion and way down in the fall.
But what else is there for 2009?

There are really no 360 exclusives coming out this year off the top of my head.

You should be happy that less and less games are exclusive to a platform. This way the developers of your favorita games sell more games, earn more money to make even more of your favorite games.

This whole multiplatform thing has been favoring the 360 all gen, so if a 360 fanboy were to reply, he'd probably just bring up RE5 for 360 being the best version of the game, and other similar cases.

There's a lot of small exclusives, and what are probably timed exclusives, at least coming in 2010 if not 2009.  Lost Planet 2, Mass Effect 2.

But didn't Microsoft already said that they prefer to announce games that will be released in a short span than to announce something that might take years to come?
We'll probably hear about tons of things at E3 that will show up by the end of the year. I don't believe there is cause for concern.

Microsoft has the tendency to announce some of their exclusives the same year they come out. I'm not worried, I know I will have something to play on my Xbox in the next couple of months.

okay, im sorry guys but come on, E3 isn't going to blow your minds, i highly doubt there will be something truly amazing coming from ms there. there is more than enough great multiplats being released throughout the year for ms to be happy enough with, sony is benefiting from them too, but they are the ones who are bringing the big exclusive hits this year.

Who cares if it's exclusive or not?  I don't need to justify my purchase of a 360 over a PS3, I just care about good games coming out.  Also people were saying this at the beginning of 2008 too, so I'm not worried.

Though it may be a bit lighter this year...on account of the economy.  Who knows, I guess we'll just have to wait.

I really really dont want anything else. I havent played any of the great 08 releases for 360 yet. Even though I own the general ones. Not even just late 08 games, gta4 still for me.

I guess that's just how MS does it.  I actually wrote a blog about it and now I'm a total hypocrite.  They always have a good near lineup but the future always looks meh, but by then it's awesome.  I'm sure they'll announce quite a bit by then.  Isn't lost planet 2 a sign of this?

You should probably just go way back and play some of the cheaper games.  I definately recommend Kameo

MS doesn't have any games, sell your Xbox.

But I just got Star Ocean 4 and I'm just like 6 hours into it.  Such a good game, my god.

I'm talking about the summer really, I'm forecasting a drought, hope I'm wrong.

Wow, do exclusives really matter that much?
If they mean so much to you, then Halo Wars is coming out soon, and so is Halo: ODST.

Wait until E3, or other gaming conferences before making a decision so early on in the year.
Just have fun playing your back-library and all the multi-platform games that're available.

Hopefully Alan Wake makes it in 2009

Thank god I don't have the fanboy brain damage that only allows me to enjoy games on one system so I don't have to worry about exclusivity. Those poor, poor shills.
