Premium is On Sale

Hi all. Yesterday I got an email talking about the site changes/plans recently discussed and it mentioned that there is currently a premium sale going on. I don't see any posts on the front page or anywhere else (could be missing it?) - so just an FYI premium is on sale.

$35 for the year like always.

Yeah, I think that's just a clerical thing that should be resolved soon!

I appreciate that the sale lasts for about 3 weeks. I'm all for supporting the site (and my annual sub doesn't expire until like October), but it's hard to confidently resubscribe today when the (announced) premium content lineup is about as thin as 2010 when the Whiskey Media Happy Hour was the sole perk of paying for premium.

So I can't wait to hear about the future premium plans involving current staff and freelance contributors, and hopefully some of it gets talked about in the next 3 weeks. UPF and ad-free podcast isn't currently enough to motivate me to go over to the premium sale page.
