I think that when a topic is stagnant for 6 months it should get deleted. There are 58.000+ here and only a few hundred are relevant today.

Deleted? That's crazy. Someone asking "Hey how do I get to this thing in this game?" does not expire. Archiving makes more sense...still searchable, but can't be bumped.
