Welcome Back Package Help (PSN+)

So I went and downloaded my two free game (dead nation and wipeout) no problem but when I went to download the psn plus free 30 days a error message showed up and when I was brought back to the welcome back page it disappeared. I went to my downloads list and its not there but oddly enough it is listed in my services list but it only says the name, start date, end date, but when it says the activation date it just shows a "-" am I the only one having this issue? and how can I fix it? 

You have to download a subscription to it?

Are you sure that isn't just their way of doing it. Like on this, it says I am a cancelled yearly subscriber because I used Paypal.
